By creating an account, signing in, or using any AutronAI feature, you agree to follow these terms and the policies referenced in the product.

If you use AutronAI on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to represent that organization and bind it to these terms.

You are responsible for protecting your sign-in credentials, managing user permissions, and all activity that occurs under your account.

You should provide accurate information, keep it updated, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

AutronAI provides tools to create, manage, and operate AI chat assistants across multiple channels, including data integrations, analytics, and automated actions.

We may add, change, or discontinue part of the features when needed to improve quality, security, or operating efficiency.

AutronAI helps configured AI systems generate responses, retrieve information, query approved data, and use selected tools. AI-generated results can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose, especially when source information, instructions, credentials, or external services are incomplete or unavailable.

You are responsible for deciding where human review is required before relying on, publishing, delivering, or acting on a result. Do not use an AI result as the sole basis for a decision that requires professional judgment, legal authority, or a level of certainty the service does not provide.

You retain ownership of data, content, documents, and configuration that you submit to AutronAI. You grant us the right to process that data only as needed to provide and operate the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that data submitted to the system is lawful, does not contain prohibited information, and that you have the necessary rights to use it.

Features you configure may interact with model providers, authentication providers, payment services, communication channels, databases, MCP servers, and other external systems. Those providers may apply their own terms, limits, permissions, availability, and privacy practices.

You are responsible for maintaining the accounts and permissions needed for a connection and for using each external service lawfully. AutronAI is not responsible for a third-party service changing, suspending, or refusing access to its own systems.

Some features may require payment, wallet top-up, or a service plan. Fees, limits, and billing cycles will be shown in the product or related quotation.

You are responsible for paying fees generated by your account on time. Payments may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

You may not use AutronAI to violate the law, infringe third-party rights, distribute malware, send deceptive content, or attempt unauthorized system access.

You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, overuse resources, or use the service in a way that affects the stability or safety of the platform.

AutronAI and its licensors retain their rights in the platform, software, interface, documentation, branding, and related technology. These terms give you a limited right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of the platform or its underlying technology.

You retain the rights you hold in content and configuration you provide. If you send product feedback, you allow AutronAI to use that feedback to evaluate and improve the service without treating it as confidential product instructions.

We work to keep the service stable, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every specific need.

The service may be maintained, updated, or temporarily suspended for a reasonable time to improve the system, resolve issues, or comply with legal requirements.

You may stop using the service and remove supported resources through the available product workflows. Some operational, security, usage, billing, and execution records may remain subject to the retention practices described in the Privacy Policy.

AutronAI may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a material violation, protect users or the platform, respond to security risk, prevent abuse, or comply with legal obligations. Where appropriate, we will provide notice or information about available next steps.

To the extent permitted by law, AutronAI is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost data, or losses arising from misuse of the service.

AutronAI's total liability, if any, will be limited to the amount you paid for the service during a reasonable period before the claim event.

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the product, operating processes, or legal requirements.

For material changes, we will try to notify you through the product, email, or another appropriate channel before the change takes effect.
